Everywhere you go on the net there is only this one thing that all website owners are aspiring for -- records, leads, targets or in a more definitive way, traffic. Traffic is a very contagious thing. It infects everything on your website - your ranking, your search engine, and even the way you earn. Yes, there is an attributed factor with traffic that impacts your earnings. Now, as more and more online features and sites are evolving, the more indispensable it is to earn traffic. Even with social networking sites like Squidoo, which primarily is a site to develop network with other people, the need to earn traffic on your Squidoo site is deemed essential. Below are some of the ways on how you can increase your traffic with Squidoo:
a. Create many lenses. A lens is like a web page on a site that allows you to place all your information (your content) on it. Naturally, when you have more lenses on your Squidoo site, the more possibility that people will take a route to your site. Just make sure though that the lenses you develop are extraordinarily relevant and useful.
b. You can engage into joining Squidoo groups. Allowing your Squidoo lenses to become part of various Squidoo groups will give them more potentials of getting seen and accessed. Therefore, if your lenses are being visited and accessed, it is equivalent to having your entire Squidoo site being visited, too. Just make sure that the Squidoo groups that you are joining into are relevantly congruent to that of your own lenses.
c. Create a powerful lens by integrating powerful keywords on it. There are keywords that are very popularly searched. These are usually placed on other very interesting and popular topics. Integrate these on your lens topic and for sure the lens will go very far.
