Should You Buy Targeted Website Traffic? Maybe Not

I've been working online for the past 3 or 4 years. I currently own 12 different websites, 4 of them are for Affiliate Marketing, and the other 8 I'm developing so I can sell for a profit. I'm currently bringing in around $20,000 per month from my online business. So I can pretty safely say I know what I'm talking about. I can't really remember when I first started. I do remember a year ago though when I first started to buy targeted website traffic. Well I had dabbled in trying to buy targeted website traffic before that, but mostly I have been relying on search engine traffic.

What were my first thoughts? Ok well there are many places that you can buy targeted website traffic from. There are online businesses you can buy targeted website traffic from, there are search engines, like Google Adwords, and Yahoo Search Marketing. I'll spend some more time talking about Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing later. Ok, so I first went onto Google and searched for "buy targeted website traffic", the first thing I did was buy targeted website traffic from an online business, I'm not going to mention which business. I think I paid about $30 for 30,000 unique visitors. And to tell you the truth, I wasn't happy. Now, I did get the 30,000 unique visitors, but they were NOT targeted at ALL. I'm not even sure they were human. I bought them for one of my affiliate sites, and I got 0 conversions from the 30,000. You would've thought that at least one would convert out of all those?

So obviously I'm never going to buy targeted website traffic from a place like that again. Now that moves me on to when I started to buy targeted website traffic from Google Adwords. (Which I'm still doing by the way). This is a brilliant place to buy targeted website traffic. You really have to set your website up correctly though, and make sure it's fully ready before you go spending money on Adwords, because you can sometimes pay up to $5-6 per click. On average if you aren't bidding on a too competitive keyword you'll only be paying 10c-30c, though these won't be the best keywords, nor super targeted. But it sure beats it when you buy targeted website traffic from some of the online businesses.

The first time when I went to buy targeted website traffic I was very disappointed, but I gave it a second shot, and now I'm having a blast. Though I have worked on a method that is bringing me 8,000 unique visitors per day from Google Search Engine, and I'm online paying about 10c-20c per click when I buy targeted website traffic, for super targeted visitors. But I can't share that.
